Malbun Insurance AG is a life insurance company, authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), which is part of the companies network of Swiss Insurevolution Partners (SIEP).
SIEP
SIEP is a group of independent agile units and partners without the rigid structures and long decision-making processes of a large corporate group. We focus on market niches and regions where we see opportunities for success with our skills and experience. Our goal is to create a platform for entrepreneurial teams to implement their innovative ideas. We see ourselves as company developers, as "enablers" who take up new ideas and develop them further and are, therefore, also open to further acquisitions. We are growing fast – both organically and through acquisitions.

Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI):

Tax transparency should be increased and cross-border tax evasion should be prevented with the help of the global standard for the automatic exchange of information on financial accounts (AEOI). The global standard makes provision for the mutual exchange of information on financial accounts between states and territories that have agreed among themselves to the AEOI, as Switzerland
(https://www.sif.admin.ch/sif/en/home/multilateral/steuer_informationsaust/automatischer-informationsaustausch/automatischer-informationsaustausch1.html).

The Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) portal (http://www.oecd.org/tax/automatic-exchange/) provides a comprehensive overview of the work the OECD and the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes in the area of the automatic exchange of information, in particular with respect to the Common Reporting Standard.
